    •  Champion a high-quality customer experience, using call listening, claims and complaint reviews to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
    •  Provide clear performance and compliance updates to the Insurance management team, highlighting key activity, results, risks and priorities.
    • Drive operational and process improvements with insurers and administrators to improve efficiency, control and customer outcomes.
    • Manage insurance and risk-transfer arrangements, including relationships with relevant insurance partners and the Group’s captive insurer, where applicable.
    • Coordinate pricing reviews for VWG-funded warranty products, partnering with internal stakeholders and insurance providers to deliver appropriate pricing.
    • Support product development and change, working with the Channel Manager to enhance existing products and contributing to projects and new initiatives.
