Hybrid working:            We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

We’re looking for two undergraduates to join our Customer & Product Transformation team as a Data Analytics & Insight Undergraduate where you will help deliver reporting and management information across Operations, Fleet and Commercial channels. You will work with data sources, Tableau, reporting tools and a variety of stakeholders to create reliable insight that is easy to interpret and supports leadership action. What will you be doing? 

• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting outputs across Operations, Fleet and Commercial management information. 

• Build strong working relationships across the business to improve and maintain data quality. 

• Support projects by gathering requirements, testing changes and understanding reporting impacts. 

• Extract, combine, analyse and visualise data using systems such as Tableau, Business Objects, Salesforce, Respond and CMS. 

• Proactively improve reporting outputs, processes and procedures to meet stakeholder needs. 

• Challenge and offer alternative solutions where appropriate to help drive better outcomes. 

• Manage team mailbox calls and allocate queries to relevant team members. 

What are we looking for? 

• Studying towards an analytical, scientific or numerate related degree. 

• Advanced PC literacy, especially Excel for reporting requirements. 

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools would be desirable. 

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets. 

• Curious and inquisitive, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge existing processes. 

• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. 

• Strong time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.

What our recruitment process looks like:

·         Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.

·         You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.

·         If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.

·         If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
