  • SALARY: Starting from £58,732.80 pa dependent on experience

    LOCATION: Milton Keynes

    HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

    Shape the future of leasing at VWFS

    This is a pivotal commercial role at the heart of our Retail Leasing growth.

    As Leasing Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the development of strategic relationships across Volkswagen Group brands, securing vehicle supply and shaping how we deliver a consistent, competitive leasing proposition across all sales channels.

    You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, product and sales - bringing alignment, driving performance, and influencing how we grow in an increasingly complex and competitive market.

    What you’ll be doing:
    Build and influence senior relationships across Volkswagen Group brands to secure CtP (commit to purchase) vehicle supply
    Lead commercial negotiations to deliver competitive pricing and maximise channel performance
    Align leasing campaigns across RCH (Retailer introduced Contract Hire), CtP and CTM (commit to market) to drive impact while protecting channel integrity
    Partner with Broker and Retail teams to unlock growth and ensure clear channel differentiation
    Use market insight and data to inform decision-making and future strategy, Influencing governance forums and brand reviews, shaping Contract Hire planning and direction
    Drive engagement and performance across retailer networks supplying CtP vehicles
    Oversee end-to-end operational delivery, from vehicle logistics through to customer outcomes
    Provide leadership continuity, stepping in for senior leaders where required

    What you’ll bring:
    You’ll be a commercially driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and is confident operating at a senior level.

    You’ll combine strategic thinking with a strong bias for delivery—able to build relationships, influence outcomes, and turn opportunity into tangible business results.

    Essential experience & skills:
    Proven success in sales or commercial roles, with clear delivery of growth outcomes
    Strong background in automotive financial services or vehicle leasing
    Strong commercial acumen and understanding of automotive and financial markets
    Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex, matrix environments
    Deep understanding of leasing products, distribution channels and customer journeys
    Skilled negotiator with the ability to operate at senior level
    Ability to translate data and insight into actionable commercial decisions
    Strong communication and presentation skills, including Board-level materials

    What’s in it for you?

    Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)

    Pension:  Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
